Silverline Staff (Left to Right): John Epperson, Laborer, Jennifer Olsen Fielder, President, Zach Epperson, Technician, Paul C. Fielder, Vice President, Robert Epperson, Laborer

Our company got its start in Central Washington, where we proudly served Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, Lake Wenatchee, and the outlying areas of Chelan & Douglas Counties for 17 years. In 2001 our principals, Paul & Jennifer Fielder, acquired a beautiful piece of land in NW Montana and immediately began improving the natural landscape and planning for a custom mountain home of their own. In 2007, they built the home and made the move. The custom home and landscape near Thompson Falls was a collaborative effort of our own crew and many of the area’s other finest tradesmen. It now serves as a model example of Silverline Project’s capabilities and style in design, project management, construction, landscape, and land management.

An avid reader of trade journals and reference material, Jennifer enjoys expanding her knowledge of architecture, engineering, construction, and the natural landscape of NW Montana. Her formal education includes: Vocational Certification in Horticulture & Landscape Design; a Bachelors Degree in Parks & Recreation, and a Minor in Coaching. For the past 7 years Jennifer has been studying residential construction & innovations in the construction industry. It is her unique complement of “green industry” skills, diverse experience, and a “can do” attitude that has shaped Silverline Projects into the versatile Planning, Design, Construction, & Maintenance firm that it is today.
