Jennifer
Olsen Fielder, President
Planning,
Design, Project Management
As
the President of Silverline Projects, Jennifer is committed to quality
service and fair business practices. A Magna Cum Laude graduate
of Western State College of Colorado and Presidents Medal
recipient of Wenatchee Valley College, Jennifer has always demonstrated
a strong interest in learning and succeeding. Prior to founding
Silverline Projects in 1992, her professional background included
10 years of service in municipal parks, mountain resorts, &
landscape construction. An avid reader of trade journals and reference
material, Jennifer enjoys expanding her knowledge of architecture,
engineering, construction, and the natural landscape of NW Montana.
Her formal education includes: Vocational Certification in Horticulture
& Landscape Design; a Bachelors Degree in Parks & Recreation,
and a Minor in Coaching. She has obtained continuing education credits
in community planning, parks & recreation planning, and landscape
architecture. For the past 7 years Jennifer has been studying residential
construction & innovations in the construction industry. It
is her unique complement of green industry skills, diverse
experience, and a can do attitude that has shaped Silverline
Projects into the versatile Planning, Design, Construction, &
Maintenance firm that it is today.
Paul
C. Fielder, Vice President
Environmental
& Wildlife Consulting
Recently
retired from Chelan County Public Utility District where he served
as the Districts Wildlife Biologist and Wildlife Programs
Manager. Paul designed and implemented habitat improvement projects,
wildlife studies, and noxious weed control programs on District
uplands & shorelines. His 30 year career led to an immense degree
of experience & expertise in working with natural landscape
and biology. Paul loves the wild. He is most at home in the outdoors
and can tell you anything you want to know about the plants and
animals found in our natural environment. He inherited his role
as Vice President of Silverline Projects when he married the owner
in 1999. He holds a Masters Degree in Wildlife Biology from Murray
State University, an AAS in Agriculture from Cobleskill College,
and is a Montana Licensed Trapper.
Zach
Epperson, Technician
Construction
& Maintenance Services
Zach
previously owned and operated a residential construction company
with his oldest brothers in the Bull Lake, Montana area. Now a resident
of Thompson Falls, Zach and two of his younger brothers have teamed
up with Silverline Projects. Zach is skilled in logging, firefighting,
operation of heavy equipment, and every phase of residential construction.
He is also a Certified Firefighter 1, a Licensed EMT-B, and is trained
in Wildfire Firefighting, including wildfire fuel reduction work.
Zach was named Thompson Falls Rural Fire District Firefighter of
the Year in 2007 & 2008; and also received honors as Top Responder
in 2007 & 2008.
